تأسست كنوز وتد تحت إشراف الشركة السورية للتعدين والمؤسسة العامة للجيولوجيا والثروة المعدنية، انطلاقاً من قناعة بأن الرمال السورية تمثل ثروة وطنية تستحق الاستثمار وفق أعلى المعايير، وأن القيمة الحقيقية لا تكمن في تصدير الخام، بل في معالجته وتحويله إلى منتجات صناعية عالية الجودة تحمل اسم سوريا إلى الأسواق العالمية. Knooz Watad was established under the supervision of the Syrian Mining Company and the General Establishment of Geology and Mineral Resources, founded on the conviction that Syrian sands are a national asset deserving investment to the highest standards, and that real value lies not in exporting raw material but in processing it into high-quality industrial products that carry Syria's name to global markets.
