1. الاستخراج1. Extraction
تعدين مسؤول من مواقع مدروسة جيولوجياً، بأساليب تضمن استقرار الإنتاج والحفاظ على الخام.Responsible mining from geologically surveyed sites, using methods that ensure production stability and preserve the ore.
2. المعالجة2. Processing
تقنيات غسل، وفصل، وتجفيف، وتصنيف متقدمة ترفع نسبة ثاني أكسيد السيليكا (SiO₂) وتخفض الشوائب المعدنية إلى أدنى مستوياتها.Advanced washing, separation, drying, and classification technologies that raise SiO₂ content and reduce mineral impurities to their lowest levels.
3. الفرز والتدريج3. Grading
تصنيف وفرز دقيق لإنتاج تدرجات حبيبية مطابقة لمتطلبات كل صناعة وخط إنتاج.Precise classification and screening to produce particle gradings that match the requirements of every industry and production line.
4. التعبئة4. Packing
تعبئة بأكياس جامبو أو تسليم سائب مع المحافظة على نظافة المنتج ورطوبته ضمن الحدود المعتمدة.Packing in jumbo bags or bulk delivery, keeping the product clean and its moisture within approved limits.
5. التصدير5. Export
إدارة لوجستية متكاملة تشمل النقل البري والتصدير البحري لضمان وصول المنتج وفق الجدول الزمني المتفق عليه.Integrated logistics covering land transport and sea export to ensure the product arrives on the agreed schedule.
